Tightrope-walking democracy

Democracy is too fragile.

Unfortunately, in 2.500 years we haven’t been able to come up with a better way to integrate our severely bounded individual rationality into an anti-fragile collective intelligence. And there is a very thin line between progress and collapse.

Today in my country, we are happily walking along this line.
